VULCAN LEGION HALL RENTAL

Call the Legion at 403-485-2138 to see if the hall is available for your desired date.  

If the hall is available, fill out the rental agreement, print the form and bring it with the damage deposit into the Vulcan Legion Branch #21.  This document can also be filled out at the Legion.

Damage Deposit 

Required upon signing rental agreement
              Hall $100           Kitchen $100
Refunded once Legion Executive okays the hall
Deposit cannot be deducted from rental payment

Hall Rent
    $175.00 per day plus GST $8.75 = $183.75 per day
    $35.00 plus GST = $36.75 per hour up to 5 hours maximum
Kitchen Rent
    $75.00 plus GST $3.75 = $78.75 per day
    $20.00 plus GST = $21.00 per hour up to 4 hours maximum
Basement Rooms
    $25 flat rate

Large Coffee $50        Small Coffee/Tea $35
